Get an affordable membership for the best deal, or see us as needed for a flat fee per visit. No insurances accepted, but you can still use your insurance for prescriptions, imaging, and referrals.

  • If you have tried everything, can’t lose weight, and are wary of fad products, this is the place for you. Kate is an expert in weight loss, and as part of your comprehensive wellness, she will get to know you and offer the best treatment based on your unique needs. Since compounded GLP-1 medications are not legal anymore we only prescribe brand-name, so you know you’re getting a safe, FDA-approved product. Some insurance plans cover these medications, but if not, there are affordable self-pay options.

    We will process PAs on the same day as your appointment. While we cannot guarantee insurance approval, we are very familiar with the PA process and will work hard to advocate for your needs.

How does this work?

Option 1

Become a member, pay the monthly fee, and get virtual care as often as you need, up to 15 visits per year, no payment due at time of visit.

Option 2

Pay as you go- get virtual care for weight loss, prescription management, advice, document completion, etc. Flat rate, no surprises later.

Included: weight loss services, anxiety and depression medication management, chronic condition management, sick care, prescription medications, lab and imaging orders, test interpretation, form and document completion (FMLA, short-term disability, school/work physical forms, disability parking permit forms*), Genesight orders, and referrals to specialists as needed**.

This is not insurance, and we do not bill insurances, but you can use your insurance for prescriptions, imaging, and speciality care. 30-day advance notice is required for membership cancellation.

All care is telehealth via video or phone call.

*As appropriate, must have a qualifying condition. May not be able to complete on first visit, depending on circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Up to 15 visits per year are included, that’s more than once per month! If you need more, you can add on visits for $20 per visit.

  • No. This is direct, self-pay healthcare. You do not need insurance to see us, but if you have access to insurance, we recommend you keep it for coverage of prescriptions medications, testing, specialists, surgeries, and emergencies.

  • Yes! We are happy to provide a la carte care as long as it’s appropriate and there is space on the schedule.

    Non-member visits: $119 paid at time of service.

  • No. As long you have a PPO insurance you still use it for prescriptions, labs, imaging, specialists we refer you to, procedures, and emergencies.

    You may be able to change your insurance to a more affordable plan, however, depending on your health needs.

  • Sure! You are more than welcome to keep your PCP and just do weight management with us if you like.

  • Wellness visits are part of the included services available at the monthly membership rate, no additional fees. But we don’t accept insurances, so you have to be a member to get an included annual exam with us.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form and we will call you to set up your membership and schedule your first visit. If you’d like to try us out and pay for your visit, then later decide to become a member, we will apply your visit fee to the first month’s dues.

  • Sure! However, you will be placed at the back of the waiting list, and there will be a $200 re-establishment fee.

    We also require a 30 day notice for membership cancellations. This allows time for the member who will take your place to be notified and get set up.

  • We provide all virtual care and we can see any patient as long as you are in the state of Florida.

    Our virtual office is in the Orlando/UCF area.

  • We make getting healthy as easy as possible by providing virtual care anywhere in Florida, keeping costs down, and passing those savings on to you, the client. Having a membership with us ensures you will always get the care you need, and you won’t have to pay for every visit, only the monthly fee.
